PURCHASE ELIGIBLE SEAGATE CONSUMER PRODUCTS TO ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM. EVERY ELIGIBLE PURCHASE WILL INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Seagate Champions League (the “Program”) starts on March 30th, 2019 and ends on June 27, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. (“Promotion Period”). By entering, you agree to provide your contact details to receive updates on the Program. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to contact@seapro.co.in . All other information you provide will only be used for Promotional administration.

This program is meant for select Broadbase Partners / Resellers and is led by Seagate authorized distributors.

ELIGIBILITY

Program is open to Eligible Pre-Registered Broad Base Partners. Employees of Seagate Technology LLC, their subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, VIR Partners & Distributors (Dormant or Active) and/or related subsidiaries, connected organization/ VIR partner group companies are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

IMPORTANT TIMELINES

• Purchase Period : March 30th, 2019 - June 27th, 2019
• Registration Period : April 11th, 2019 - July 10th, 2019
• Last date to upload invoices for April and May month will be June 8th, 2019 11:59 PM and must be strictly followed.
• Last date to upload invoices for June month will be July 10th, 2019 11:59 PM and must be strictly followed.

Note:- In case of miss on uploading invoice within stipulated time frame, no exceptions will be provided in any circumstances.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

This Program is not valid on purchase of products other than the products mentioned below:

• This program is not valid for VIR partners (Dormant / Active) and or related subsidiaries, connected organization / VIR partner group companies are ineligible to participate.
• Purchase of any ineligible products, accessories cables and invoices without the serial number will deemed to be rejected.
• Purchase period should be between March 30th, 2019 – June 27th, 2019. Any Invoice outside this window will be deemed ineligible for the program.

Seagate Champions League (the “program”) is eligible only if the selected broad base partners purchase the eligible products from the below mentioned eligible VIR partners & Distributor.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE

During the Promotion Period, visit the Seagate Champions League Program Website www.seapro.co.in and follow the below instructions:

• Enter the UIC (Unique Identity Code) and verify your pre-populated details
• Enter the invoice number, date of invoice, number of units under each product and capacity purchased
• Upload the CLEAR taxed invoice copy / Purchase receipt - WITH SERIAL NUMBER (Mandatory)
• ‘Read and accept’ the Terms and Conditions to complete the registration.
• If you have not received the UIC, you can email us at contact@seapro.co.in or reach out to us at +91 9900788856
• 'If you have forgotten the UIC - Click on the "Forgot UIC" in the registration form and fill the required details to retrieve the UIC.
  
  

VALIDATION

Seagate authorized agency would be conducting rounds of validation, that would include:

• Screening of the uploaded invoice to categorize the eligible products and associated runs.
• Updating the detailed registration information in the backend to reflect on the web portal (Registration Status)
• Validating the purchase details from the authorized VIR partners & Distributors
• Purchase period should be between March 30th, 2019 - June 27th, 2019. Any Invoice outside this window will be deemed ineligible for the program
• Updating the validated invoice details in the backend and updating the registration status with the runs
• Any Invoice or product in the invoice without a valid Serial number will be rejected
• All serial numbers will be screened if they are meant for India sales and therefore validated. Any non-compliance with this regard will be considered as ineligible for the program
• Registration Status can be accessed anytime from the program website ‘Registration Status’ section
• Users must enter their respective UIC and their registered email ID to view the Registration Status

Note:-

• Invoices sent via Email or WhatsApp will not be considered. Invoices uploaded in the registration process will only be considered
• Invoices uploaded without serial numbers of the products will not be eligible and shall be disqualified from the program. Also, only eligible Seagate Consumer Products
  with India Warranty and sold by Authorized Seagate Distributors shall be considered as valid.
• Cross-territory/state purchases will not be eligible and if found then that invoice / units will be nullified.
• Eligible Seagate External Products with India Warranty and sold by Authorized Seagate Distributors shall be considered as valid.
• Partner must complete the above targets during the given offer period to be eligible for the offer.
• This program cannot be clubbed with any other existing program/ scheme/ promotion offered during program period.
• Seagate & Distributor will have the final decision on eligible partner/ partner individual and reserve the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.

BROAD BASE Partners can register their purchases separately multiple times with in the Program Period
These purchases must be made within the Program period. Participation in “Seagate Champions League” program shall be voluntary and subject to the acceptance of this terms & conditions of the program.

RUN STRUCTURE

SLAB & REWARD STRUCTURE

Important Note: - 

• “Maximum slab to achieve is Slab # 08, One individual partner would be eligible for one single slab only”
• The Reward/s are not transferable and cannot be encashed or exchanged.
• The Reward/s will only be processed after the Program period considering the total runs and eligible reward. BROAD BASE Partner can choose eligible reward based on the point slab achieved.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors or its managing agency reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at any time without any prior notice.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors & its authorized agency reserves all the rights to disqualify any and all the entries made.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors or its authorized agency shall not be held responsible if any communication is not delivered to the participant due to any technical reasons. Seagate or its subsidiaries, Authorized distributors or agents shall not be held responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible promotional materials or for typographical or other errors in printing or advertising or promotion of materials.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors & its authorized agency shall not be liable for any loss, either of property or life, to the winner which may arise out of availing the award/s or incidental thereto. The winners shall indemnify Seagate & its managing agency against any expenses incurred towards the loss of life, property etc., and what-so-ever, arising out of availing the rewards by the winner.

The rewards available under this offer during the Program Period may carry its routine manufacturer warranty unless mentioned thereof. All such request for maintenance/ Warranty issues should be directly made to its manufacturer/Authorized agent/distributor. Neither Seagate nor its managing agency shall entertain any issues pertaining to maintenance or warranty claimed by any dealers, individual or winner or organizational authority on their behalf.

All products featured in the Program website & other promotional materials are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties restrictions at the time of redemption. Seagate or its managing agency provides no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product/services acquired under the Program.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the program or rewards associated with the Program at any given point of time without assigning any reason(s) for the same and without any penalty or claim whatsoever. Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors or its managing agency reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at any time without any prior notice.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors or its managing agency reserves the right to ask for proof of purchase in original for audit and confirmation purpose.

Seagate, Seagate authorized distributors or its managing agency reserves the right to verify the invoiced products Serial numbers for authentication purpose. If any serial number/s are found to be outside the acceptable channel of procurement process, those products would be deemed ineligible and the allocated approved units (if any)s will be deducted from the overall registration status.

Reward once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or changed.

The computation of the reward mechanics shall be final, conclusive and binding on the winner and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.

The reward winners must ensure that they furnish information in its true form and any wrongly represented information or concealing truth shall result in disqualification from the reward and the program and further from any of the schemes run by Seagate.

Seagate or its managing agency reserves the right to use the winner’s testimonial in any future marketing material and the same shall be sole property of Seagate.

All disputes shall be settled under the New Delhi, India jurisdiction only

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Reward winners will be notified by email, phone, and/or sms and the reward winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within 10 days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Managing agency is unable to contact the winner or the reward winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Seagate authorized distributors or managing agency’s discretion. If a potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

REWARDS CONDITIONS: All reward details are at the sole discretion of the Seagate authorized distributors and/or managing agency. All rewards are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee from Seagate authorized distributors and/or managing agency, either express or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes on the prizes, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, including but not limited to wireless data service, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes will be shipped within 90 days from date of winner verification.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, caption, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. By participating, entrant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Promotion without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Program- related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Program or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Program or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Program be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non- authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Program (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS” FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Delhi, India
